As a result, Shilajit has a host of vitamins, minerals, trace elements along with Humic acid, and Fulvic acid. History of himalayan shilajit --About 50 million years ago, the Indian continent collided into Asia and formed the Himalayan mountain range. As the mountains formed, tropical forests were crushed and compacted between massive boulders.
The compressed forests gradually transformed into a nutrient- and mineral-rich biomass loaded with powerful humic and fulvic acids. Now, every summer as the mountains warm, India's most prized herbal remedy literally oozes from these biomass resins in the high mountain crevasses.
Surya tapi method :
During purification process, raw Shilajit rock is first washed and dissolved in cow’s milk to let the dust particles settle at bottom. Then the solution is filtered in a different stainless steel vessel with the help of double layered virgin muslin cloth and placed in bright Sun light till the light brown coloured cream (Shilajit cream) is formed on the upper surface and this cream is repeatedly collected from the vessel. The process of filtration is repeated again and again for collecting the Shilajit cream till our experts are satisfied that they have extracted and collected the best from the raw shilajit rock. This Shilajit cream which is collected is then added in the decoction of Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) for further purification (Shudikaran). This Sun drying process (Surya Taapi Vidhi) of Shilajit solution is continued for months till the light brown cream totally disappears to form on the solution and the cream is repeatedly collected from the vessel. Now finally the collected Shilajit cream is kept in Sun again for the evaporation of water content. This extensive sun drying purification process for developing the Pure Shilajit is a well controlled method of exposure to the bright sun rays for approximate 90-day period in summers.

Me and my husband have been doing shilajit for like 4 years now. Some companies can be overpriced and so we decided to try another well known company. I try to keep an open mind and decided to try this company as I like what they stand for and the products they help to create with Mother Nature. The taste is a bit different then what we are used to but their method is the good old fashion hand made way. Simple and clean. We have been taking in 3 days now and feel good. Not that we felt bad but we feel good. Anyways we are grateful. The other products they make are really amazing too. Their essential oils are sooooo nice!! Anyways I make a shilajit latte. Warm water add shilajit then macadamia nut milk and coconut sugar. It's bitter but understandable because of the plants. Anyways grateful!! (Reviewed on Amazon USA)
Well, for starters, this stuff tastes absolutely HORRIBLE but it’s worth it. I started out with a liquid brand that I drank an ounce a day of and it just didn’t do much of anything. I couldn’t get this resin to dissolve in water so I just gave up and wiped a rice size lump on my tongue. It was really bad, hahahaha but it did dissolve. I waited 30min before eating anything. In a couple hours I noticed I had some extra energy and just felt better all over, mentally & physically. The liquid didn’t do that at all. It made me sleepy in fact. So I have used this for several days now and even used it twice yesterday once in the morning and again 12hrs later in the evening. I think twice a day will be my thing from now on. I finished a year of chemo and radiation treatments for an aggressive cancer 4 years ago that has done some serious damage to my body. This is the first thing besides CBD that I can absolutely say has made a difference in how I feel. I will definitely order another jar when I finish this one. (Reviewed on Amazon USA)
Let's talk quality, anyone who shops for Shilajit knows the confusion. Everything from powder form to the promised highest quality it all gets confusing. Personally I have tried many different brands and forms, and this quality is the real deal. It comes as a kind of tar consistency that you dissolve in warm water and drink on an empty stomach. Because it is a compressed sediment resin it is "earthy" in smell and taste. That being said the more earthy the better. A good quality Shilajit almost has horse hay warm kind of smell, which I find soothing in water, which for sure this brand delivers. All in all high quality sourced in the Himalayas personally recomendable! Not to mention the company's ethics for permaculture and sourcing only the highest quality, good for the environment and you, makes them another reason I love to support them. True quality. Thank you for delivering amazing products! (Reviewed on Amazon USA)
