Brahmi - ‘herb of grace’ and ‘the thinking person’s herb‘, is a cognitive enhancer, stress buster and neurological tonic, helps dealing with Attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Hypothyroidism, weak memory, stress, anxiety, fear, tensions, restlessness, joint pains, hair fall, insomnia, anti-aging, cardio-tonic, epilepsy and Alzheimer’s.
Aromatic profile : woody, warm, and sweet.
Burn 7- 10 drops in a diffuser and inhale to promote a restful night’s sleep.
Add 10 to 15 drops in your bathtub for therapeutic effect.
Mix 15-20 drops to 1 tablespoon Epsom salts.
To take steam use 2 to 3 drops.
20 to 30 drops, dilute in 2 tablespoons of your choice of base for Body & Hair Massage oil or skincare cream and moisturiser. Dilute 20 to 30 drops to your regular Shampoo & Conditioner 150/200ml bottle.
Dilute with your favourite base oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

I've found Brahmi to be helpful for my ageing parent. She has a early signs of dementia and is epileptic. Brahmi has had a calming effect on her. She has also been sleeping better, is less frustrated.
