Suggested usage
Add a drop to your tea for a nice, soothing hot drink.
To flavour water add one drop in one liter of water.
A drop in your whiskey, bourbon or cocktails by swilling the drop in empty class first. - Rub a few drops onto wrists or the nape of the neck for an empowering, confidence-boosting personal fragrance.
10 to 12 drops in 2 tablespoons of your choice of base oil for uplifting and rejuvenating Body & Hair oil .
10 to 12 drops with your regular skin cream and moisturiser.
During facial routine, add one to two drops to facial or hair mask for healthy-looking skin and hair.
Dilute 15 to 20 drops to your regular Shampoo & Conditioner (150/200ml) bottle.
Dilute 10 to 12 drops to water in a spray bottle to use as body mist or room spray.
Diffuse 7 to 10 drops for relaxing aroma in the evening to unwind after a long day.
Add 10 to 15 drops in your bathtub for therapeutic effects.
Mix 15 to 20 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon Epsom salts.
To take steam use a drop or two.
