  • ●  Traditionally, Safed musli is used as a health tonic, rejuvenator, promoter of strength. The roots of Shatavari plant are considered to be effective as aphrodisiac. A racemosus is used in Indian medicine system for improving the general state of health and for stress-related immune disorders and these plants are also beneficial in the management of stress and inflammatory conditions.

The roots of Kaunch influenced both humoral and cell mediated immunity and offered protection against immunosuppression induced by cytotoxic agent Cyclophosphamide holds promise as an immunomodulator. Seed powder of Kauch helps against stress.
