I didn't want to take supplements for anxiety as i don't have it regularly.but like everyone I have bad days and some really bad days. For quite sometime I'd forgotten that i even had these pills. Then one really bad day, i spotted the box and took two pills. Withing an hour i started to feel the effects of soothness and alot more in control of myself with ease.
