It is also used to kill germs and acts as a mild astringent. Apply Lemongrass directly to the skin for relief with headache, stomach ache, abdominal pain, and muscle pain. By inhalation, the essential oil of lemongrass is used as aromatherapy for muscle pain. In food and beverages, lemongrass is used as a flavoring. Suggested usage
10 to 12 drops in a diffuser to eliminate airborne bacteria and mosquitoes. Add 10 to 15 drops in your bathtub for therapeutic effects.
Mix 15 to 20 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon Epsom salts.
To take steam use a drop or two.
Apply one to two drops to desired area and abdomen during menstrual cramps . Dilute with Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
Place a drop on a cotton ball and place in closet to keep it fresh smelling .
Add several drops of lemongrass oil to shampoo or conditioner.
