Tulip Flower ' Steam Distilled oil

The research completed at Leiden University was the first to identify three compounds in the tulips that are beneficial to the skin: auxin, kinetin and flavonoids. Loaded with auxin, that’s the reason why tulips keep growing after they’re cut, since the plant hormone boosts cellular growth. The flower is loaded with amino acids (particularly the red and pink tulips), which help build collagen in the skin (meaning a plumper complexion with fewer lines). The tulip can hold its weight in water, making it a natural humectant, so it’s excellent for moisturizing and plumping skin. Plus, tulips are loaded with antioxidants, which safeguard skin from free radical damage.
