Suggested usage
Use a drop Lemon oil in water for refreshing mouth rinse.
Add a drop to your favorite smoothie recipe for a minty refreshing twist. Use a drop in warm water or green tea.
Apply 1 to 2 drops on palms & rub on the effected body part of pain (keep away from eyes).
Use 1 or 2 drops in steam for respiratory problems.
Use 2 to 4 drops directly to your temples and neck, eases tension and eliminates muscle spasms or dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
Rub a few drops onto wrists or the nape of the neck for an energising and uplifting fragrance for summers.
Diffuse 5 to 7 drops to eliminate airborne bacteria .
Diffuse 5 to 7 drops in the morning to promote feelings of energy and vitality. Mix 15 to 20 drops to 1 tablespoon Epsom salts.
